Our moto is to satisfy our customer by providing the best service. Unfortunately If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective item or wrong product, we will promptly send you replacement. If the item is out of stock we will issue a full refund after you have returned the damaged/defective or wrong product.
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund/return Policy of Feriwala.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order only when you place an order in our any platform at Feriwala.
Refund Policy
When the delivery person will arrive with your parcel. Please check the order In front of the person/bearer.
If you think the product is damaged, defect or wrong products please inform our customer service department as soon as possible along with picture image.
Upon discussion with the management our Customer Service Department will change /replace the product or adjust the payment. The complaint will be valid for 3 days from the day the product has been received.
Used/swatches or liquid products will not be considered for replacement or refund.
The return policy will not be valid after the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.
In case of return for some exceptional cases, customer must pay the shipment cost.
The invoice copy must be returned along with the product.

There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds are granted. (If applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than one week after delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

First check your bank account again. (There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.)
Then contact your credit card company (It may take time before your refund is officially posted.)
